'LET ME THINK' - Trainees learn new/enhance existing skills within areas of Budget, Cooking, Healthy Eating, Health and Hygiene, Growing Food to Eat, as well as build self-esteem and confidence, thereby enhancing their independence. Read more...
At the core of these courses will be Basic Literacy, Numeracy and IT, with additional elements such as CV writing and Interviewing Skills.
We are now an approved City & Guilds Centre and we are now offering the Level 2 Award for Food Safety in Catering.
